What Is the Mini Golf Team Building Activity?
In this unique and interactive challenge, teams are given a set of materials such as cardboard, tape, boxes, markers, and props to design and build their own mini golf courses. Each group must use their creativity and teamwork to develop a course that is visually appealing, functional, and meets specific play objectives.
Once the courses are built, teams rotate and play through each other’s courses, testing their own designs as well as their opponents’. This not only adds a layer of competition but also encourages feedback, iteration, and on-the-spot problem solving.
The entire experience is dynamic, lighthearted, and effective in strengthening communication, cooperation, and goal-oriented planning.
How it works?
Briefing & Safety Instructions
Participants are divided into small teams and briefed on the challenge: to build a playable mini golf course using basic, non-traditional materials.
