Rasha Mousa holds a diverse academic and professional background in human development, media, and HR. She has earned certifications in Training of Trainers (TOT), HR Management, and Advanced TOT, along with a Professional Trainer Diploma (KHDA, Dubai).
She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Archaeology and has completed studies in Psychology (University of Houston) and Spanish Literature, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to communication, behavior, and learning.

Rasha Mousa is a certified professional coach and a highly regarded Media and Communication Trainer in Dubai, with nearly 15 years of experience supporting government and private-sector organizations across the GCC.
She has led strategic initiatives in public relations, communication planning, marketing, and organizational development, while managing media portfolios and content production.
Rasha has delivered large-scale training and consulting projects for prominent entities such as Dubai Media, Department of Economic Development (Dubai), Etihad Water & Electricity, and Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi). She has also contributed to high-impact initiatives linked to major platforms like Expo Dubai, supporting communication and leadership development at scale.
In addition, she has delivered executive training programs across business communication, leadership, and human development, and served as a visiting lecturer in reputable academic institutions.
