In the puppet master activity, participants are grouped into teams and challenged to build and operate a life-sized puppet. Each group is provided with basic materials—such as rods, strings, fabric, connectors, and support elements—to design and construct a puppet that can walk, wave, nod, or perform basic motions.

How it works?
Briefing & Design Planning
Teams are introduced to the goal of the challenge: create a functioning puppet that can move with control and purpose. They brainstorm puppet designs and assign roles like planner, assembler, controller, and decorator.
Building the Puppet
Using the provided materials, teams bring their vision to life—constructing the body, limbs, and control system (such as rods or strings).
Master the Movement
Once the puppet is complete, the real challenge begins. Teams must coordinate multiple control points to make the puppet walk, wave, bow, or perform simple tasks.
